* The University of Ilesa Sports Auditorium came alive with energy, skill, and sportsmanship as the National Association of University Students (NAUS) CMC Osun Team faced the Uni Ilesa School Team in an inter-school sporting event featuring football and table tennis, organized by the Office of the Vice Chairman, Comrade Olalekan Johnson D. (IDERA). The football match was fiercely contested from kickoff, with both teams displaying determination, tactical discipline, and physical resilience. The opening stages reflected balance and intensity as players battled for dominance across the pitch. As the game progressed, however, the Uni Ilesa School Team capitalized on key opportunities, showcasing sharp finishing and cohesive teamwork. Despite a spirited performance and a goal from the NAUS CMC Osun Team, Uni Ilesa secured a convincing 4–1 victory in what spectators described as a tough, demanding, and entertaining encounter. The occasion was graced by the presence of the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ilesa, alongside the Dean of Student Affairs, lecturers of the institution, and other academic staff, whose attendance underscored the university’s commitment to sports development and student welfare. Also present was the Chairman of NAUS, Osun Axis, accompanied by other prominent personalities, adding prestige and significance to the event.
