NAUS CMC OSUN WELCOMES NANS PRESIDENT TO OSUN STATE ON STUDENT WELFARISM TOUR

The leadership of the National Association of University Students (NAUS), CMC Osun Axis was duly present in receiving the President of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), Comr.Olushola Ladoja, during his official visit to Osun State as part of his ongoing tour across all southwestern states.
The visit was aimed at identifying first-hand the challenges confronting Nigerian students and ensuring that student welfarism remains a top priority in engagements with relevant stakeholders.
Comr. Ladoja, ably accompanied by members of the NANS National Executive Council, NANS Southwest (Zone D) leadership, and student leaders across Osun State, toured various campuses within the state. During the visits, he interacted directly with students and the managements; took note of their concerns, and reaffirmed his commitment to push for urgent attention and solutions from both institutional and governmental authorities. In his words, the NANS President assured that no genuine concern of students will go unheard, and positive feedback will be delivered to the student community in due time. The leadership of NAUS CMC Osun expresses appreciation for the President’s proactive engagement and assures continued partnership to ensure the voice of Osun students remains heard loud and clear at the national level. NAUS CMC Osun Pays Solidarity Visit to OAU Following Robbery Incident

In response to the recent robbery and burglary incidents that shook the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) campus, the National Association of University Students (NAUS), Campus Monitoring Committee (CMC), Osun Axis, has paid a solidarity and courtesy visit to the institution. The delegation was led by the Chairman of NAUS CMC Osun, Comrade Adeleke Samson Okikijesu, alongside other executive members including the Director of Security and Project Delivery, Comrade Olaore David Kolokolo. The visit aimed to express sympathy, engage with stakeholders, and promote stronger security collaboration.
