NAOSS holds the most peaceful, fairest, and freest election on OAU campus this session

In a historic demonstration of democracy, transparency, and maturity, the National Association of Ondo State Students (NAOSS), Obafemi Awolowo University Chapter, has successfully conducted what many now describe as the most peaceful, fairest, and freest election on the OAU campus for the 2024/2025 academic session.
The elections, which were held to elect officials into both the 2nd Assembly, Sunshine Chamber (Legislative Arm) and the General Executive Council (Executive Arm), were widely commended for their transparency, adherence to electoral guidelines, and the absence of rancour, manipulation, or controversy. Both contestants and voters expressed satisfaction with the Commission's professionalism and commitment to fairness.
"We have delivered a transparent, peaceful, and credible election. The results reflect the true choice of our members, and we urge the newly elected leaders to justify this trust through selfless service," said Electoral Chairman, Alo Anthony Oluwapelumi (Sage).
