ILESHA RENT HIKE: NAUS TO MEET KEY STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING OWA OBOKUN

The National Association of University Students (NAUS), CMC Osun Axis, is set to engage key stakeholders following the peaceful protest against rising accommodation costs in Ilesha.

The school management has scheduled a meeting with NAUS leadership, while another is expected with the Area Commander and Divisional Police Officers to address student welfare concerns.
NAUS will also be received at the palace of *His Royal Majesty, Oba Clement Adesuyi Haastrup, Owa Obokun Adimula of Ijeshaland*, where student demands will be formally presented. The association expressed optimism that the engagements will lead to a fair and lasting resolution in favour of students. More updates to follow.
